We are proud to announce that the AETM Annual Conference and AGM will be online this year.

We hope by moving the conference online will allow more members to be able to join.

Virtual Conference will be held on 30th November to the 3rd of December and more information will be coming out soon.

Theme for this year’s event is AETM 2020- Your Stories.

This year more than at any other time has had the most significant impact on our industries. So, at this year’s virtual conference we want to hear ‘your stories’, what happened at your organisation, what AV changes were adopted, how did it go and what does the immediate future hold? Of course, like every year, we also want to hear ‘your stories’ about new spaces, developments, projects and design directions as well.

If you are interested in presenting at the conference, please express your interest by emailing us at

Draft program will be sent out soon.

We hope to see you there!

We would like to proudly announce that the AETM Association has moved to a new management system.

Membes is an Australian based Association Management Software company that has been designed specifically for Associations.

This sophisticated and high end platform will be used by the AETM administration to assist in the overall management of the association. Membes will hold all the features AETM will require and improve the organisational efficiency and productivity while increasing member value.

What does this mean for AETM members?

The AETM Committee will ensure that all data transfers will be done efficiently and smoothly.

Once all the set up is done in the backend, we will send out a communication email using Membes to update you on the finalisation of the platform and you will set up a new password login to your new profile.

AETM would like to thank you and your organisation for the constant support this year. We understand that 2020 has been difficult for many of you and AETM will continue to assist our members as much as we can.
